What we collect, and what we never will.
Plain English, like everything else here. Last updated July 29, 2026.
The short version
We run privacy-respecting, first-party analytics to learn which pages help visitors, and we keep the booking requests you send us so we can respond. Nothing is collected for analytics until you consent. We never sell data, never run ads, never track you across other sites, never record your screen, mouse, or keystrokes, and never fingerprint your device.
If you decline, or your browser objects for you
Declining changes nothing about how the site works. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we treat it as a no and never show the consent banner at all. Without consent, the only thing recorded is an anonymous page-count with no identifier of any kind.
With your consent, analytics collects
- A random session ID in a first-party cookie that expires in 30 days. It identifies a browser session, not a person.
- Pages viewed, the page you arrived on, the page that referred you, and campaign (UTM) parameters.
- Time on page and session length, counted only while the tab is actually visible.
- How far down each page you scrolled, in quarters.
- Which water path you chose on the homepage, how far through that journey you went, and whether you used the skip button.
- Clicks on booking buttons, phone links, and email links.
- Device type, viewport size, browser and operating system family, and your country and state, derived on the server from your connection and then discarded. We never store your IP address.
Booking requests
When you submit the booking form, we store what you typed (name, town, phone, email, water source, request type, preferred time) together with the visit context above, because it tells us which pages actually help people. The form asks your permission to store the request and contact you about it, and records when you gave it. Booking requests are business records: they are kept until deleted, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time.
What we will never collect
- Session recordings or replays of any kind
- Mouse movement or keystroke capture
- Canvas or device fingerprinting
- Cross-site tracking or advertising identifiers
- Data purchased from or shared with data brokers
- Any attempt to identify you by name before you choose to submit a form
Changing your mind
The Privacy choices link in the footer reopens the consent banner at any time. Withdrawing consent stops collection immediately and discards your session cookie.
Requesting deletion
The button below deletes the analytics data tied to this browser immediately. If you include your email address, we will also delete your booking requests; those are removed by a person, promptly, because they are business records.
